David W. Mossell |
|
David Mossell is the co-owner and operator of Strategic Bookkeeping, a full-service accounting, bookkeeping, and business consultation company. With extensive experience in both accounting and business management, he functions as operations manager for many of his small business clients. His newest venture is as co-owner and operator of Cedar Park Payroll.
David received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1990 from Angelo State University. Since that time, he has worked in both accounting and financial management for private companies, individuals, banking, and county government accruing over 15 years of payroll experience.
Unhappy with the impersonal nature of banking and government work, David began accepting small business clients in the Austin area in 2002. He opened Strategic Bookkeeping in May 2005, in response to small business owners who expressed a need for affordable accounting and bookkeeping solutions, as well as, owner advocacy and business consulting on a personal level. He currently holds licenses from the state of Texas as a General Lines Insurance Agent and Loan Officer. He is also a licensed registered representative of the National Association of Stock Dealers (NASD).
Cedar Park Payroll is a web-based payroll service created recently for small business owners in the Texas Hill Country area who began expressing their unhappiness with huge, impersonal payroll companies or with the large amount of time spent and expenses incurred in processing payroll themselves.

Heather Mossell |
|
Heather Mossell is the co-owner and operator of Strategic Bookkeeping, a full-service accounting, bookkeeping, and business consultation company. Her newest venture is as co-owner and operator of Cedar Park Payroll.
Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from Angelo State University. Since that time, she has worked in private industry, public nonprofits, and public education. With her partner, David, she opened Strategic Bookkeeping in May 2005, in response to small business owners who expressed a need for affordable accounting and bookkeeping solutions, as well as, owner advocacy and business consulting on a personal level. She currently holds licenses from the state of Texas as a General Lines Insurance Agent and Loan Officer, as well as, Classroom Teacher.
In addition to payroll solutions, Heather is currently advising small business clients on marketing strategies, including newsletter and article publication, as well as, seminar planning.
